I love the location. I like the house although we are responsible for too many things (per the lease). i don't think we should be responsible for gutters, and outside house maintenance. The initial rental process was great - the staff was responsive but the assigned property manager(s) never once responded to any of my emails during the 9 mos i have lived there. I would use First Key Homes again. Overall they are great. Property manager(s), not so great.

I love the subdivision. The house is very spacious and nice but the outside is in need of repair. Overall it's a thumbs up.

Home was renovated cheaply and quickly but not correctly. Our local maintenance guy is an angel, unfortunately the majority of maintenance tickets are outsourced to sub contractors who just want to do it as cheaply as possible. And that's when someone finally comes out. We've had tickets take over a month for someone to come out. We've also had tickets cancelled that shouldn't be cancelled bc the system for submitting is clunky,doesn't allow for inquiries or updates. Rent is high for the quality of home, etc. Online portal is garbage. The only person who seems to want to help is is our local maintenance guy. The rest of the staff we've dealt with are unhelpful.
