Does not care about tenant
This is my last year with FirstKey. After 5 years, I thought they would actually care about us as a tenant, but I was so wrong. Honestly, I am done. They keep raising my rent through the roof and refuse to work with me. Yet, they refuse to fix issues that are with the house. There are a lot of issue that wasn't taken care of before we moved in which now FirstKey is attempting to pin on us. Honestly, I wish I could move right now but because I've lived here for so long and didn't want to go through changing address last minute. I just wish FirstKeys cared. Instead each time I call to work with someone to help, I get routed to their oversea call center where these agent could careless about who/what/where/why. Either way, I'm just done fighting with FirstKeys. I wish I had rented the house next door to where I am at because their landlord does not raise their rent and it is a similar house with same feature and bed/bath.
