Not bad but not great if that make sense. Alot of changes from when i first moved in and not in a good way. Forced to do valet trash that cost money. The pool was never heated last summer it wasnt cleaned the best so hope this summer is better. One moment the club house area which is apart of the building its 24 hrs they say its based on first come type deal now its $100.00 what a joke. Then parking was good no real issue till they started doing reserved spots which takes up the deck. Oversized cars parked in the compack spots. They have a group of men from a rehab christian group living on property. Which is alot of men who change out every 90 days. They take up the gym and benches and sometimes are loud. You can say your neighbors are loud and its goijg be overlooked especially if they work for the apartment! Ya they say rent is high cause your at mall of ga whcih can take you for ever to go down the block due to traffic. Ive also seen so many recks from people turning in and out the complex. Alot new places are opening up weigh your options

Love the surrounding area, new appliances and space inside the units. My only critique would be the BBQ area needs some love and refreshing, especially that we are in spring and approaching summer.

Ive lived at the apartment for 2 years have seen alot stuff change. The staff in the office never stays the same. Only one person can help you and some times it will take a week to take to them. Parking is not easy and to make it worse all they did was make more reserve spot. They only care about the up keep of the leasing office and mailroom. The sensor on the door for the mailroom building harldy work. The maintenance crew is quick and they actually fix thing.

I love living here for seversl reasons. The amenities are that of a private resort, with free mini massages every month. The location is across the street from The Mall of GA. The building is beautiful with awesome craftmenship. The office staff goes above and beyond for all residents. The weekly activities sponsored by management is an absolute delight and a great way to connect with my neighbors. The clubhouse, the sitting areas, meeting room and pool areas are top notch. I feel like a superstar living here. My living standards are very high. I’m living like a queen at The ENZO!
