Since I just moved in, I feel that it isn’t fair for me to review several of the categories. I will say that I have several problems that should have been fixed before I moved in. I have four (4) GFI outlets that did not work at all! I had to get ready for work at my office. The water pressure in the kitchen is very low and the drainage in same sinks are slow to drain. The dishwasher wouldn’t work but the maintenance guy said it works but needs a latch to keep the door shut. Most of these problems were reported to maintenance. On Monday - maintenance came out (11/01/21) and fixed two of the GFI outlets and advised me the dishwasher needed a latch. Only brought two new outletsI (reported 4) that he had to replace. I am having company this weekend and the (2) outlets in the bathrooms still doesn’t work. Still having problems with the flow and drainage of water in the sinks in the kitchen, latch in dishwasher and the two GFI outlets. Do you think these things can be fixed before my company comes this weekend? I mean no harm but very disappointed that these items weren’t fixed before I moved in. Please help
