Only thing I have negative to say was how long it took to trim a tree (2 months) was scraping against metal facia and keeping us up for hours during stronger winds

This place is nice for people just moving in and getting to Florida. Still, I feel like it's a little absurd that we have to pay for water and other amenities. I understand paying for heat and electricity, but for water and trash, I don't think that should be on the tenants to have to pay. Also, with the amount of money that we pay to live here, that shouldn't be something we have to worry about.
