To start, one went ahead while I drove the 26' UHAUL and auto transport North. When she got to the lock box, it was opened but there was NO KEY. Luckily (yet not good either), the back slider door wasn't locked. It dind't stop there, the A/C wouldn't work and didn't work for over 48 hours until I ponied up the cash to have a tech come get it the day before that management scheduled one. There's also a lot of cleanliness issues including hair in drawers, our feet were BLACK after walking on the tile floor (shows it hasn't been cleaned in awhile), outlet issues, carpet pulling up, garbage disposal doesn't work, pavers in backyard coming up and causing a fall hazard, garage remote and code panel both do not have batteries, two of the fans don't have remotes so we can't turn the light on and off, one of the screens isn't secured and is falling out, bathroom door doesn't close due to hard rubbing on frame. For the amount paid, you'd expect all these items, especially the A/C to be working.
