House hasn’t given any problems since total cooling and heating replaced . Quiet neighborhood friendly not very many problems. Nothing bad to say about this property. Enjoyed living here.

The property value of their rentals are definitely overpriced. When I moved in on the very 1st day, after using the shower the entire house flooded. The fix was done but how is it that inspection (if it was actually even done) did not realize this? The shower head was on for only a few minutes before the house began to flood. Also, the entire backyard was completely covered in dirt (little to no grass), a large pile of trash was in the corner (broken fence pieces, random old tech stuff, etc) and the fences were broken. Also air conditioner didn't work for months and I had to figure out that the previous resident put an extra air filter where it didn't belong. HOW did inspection/maitenance not catch this before we moved in? Maitenance fixed the fences (terribly) & cleared the trash but told us they can no longer do any fence fixing b/c it's up to the neighbors to pay for it, as for the grass they refused to add sod to the backyard b/c in their policy anything regarding the backyard (gardening, grass, etc) is up to the resident to fix or make any changes. I ended up having to spend $800 out of pocket to add grass & Firstkey wouldn't even give me any sort of monetary credit for fixing up THEIR property. The house itself is old, most of the properties are, and they do nothing to upkeep them. In the year I have lived in this rental I have IMPROVED it. The backyard, the fences, the plumbing, the bathrooms, the air conditioner, the list goes on. These things should be a given, and this company is extremely lazy when it comes to taking care of their property and providng services that should not be the renters problem to fix. Pros, maitenance is pretty fast on responding to requests & they're nice but depending who you get they either know what they're doing or don't, there's no inbetween. I have to renew for another year due to the house market being too expensive & at least they did not raise my rent too much so that's a pro, I guess.
