I feel like the property is not being up kept. The dog poop stations are always overflowing. It is crazy that the staff is promoting peeing in the pool and closes the bathrooms when the office is closed. I am worried about hurricane and heavy rain as my porch floods in the smallest of rains. Management promises a promotion upon move in but does not deliver on that promise. I would not recommend anyone to move here.

Great experience living at the Verandahs at Hunt Club. I have lived here for about 7 years. Excellent staff like Devin. Overall, a great place to live with helpful, friendly staff and rental agents.

I have lived here for 5+ years. The management and maintenance staff have varied from Average to Great in that time. Parking is not convenient for many units. However, the central recreation and green space are a big advantage. As it is a family community, there is a certain level of noise for day to day activities. Overall, I recommend this community for it's location and the units themselves.
