Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval.
