Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

The space
From the moment you step through the wrought-iron double doors, Casa Monte Grande feels open and welcoming. The entry is bright, with high ceilings, tall windows, and a chandelier that sets a quietly grand tone. Straight ahead, the great room draws you in with deep blue velvet sofas, a stone accent wall, a fireplace with a mounted TV above, and wide views of the backyard. The room flows naturally into the kitchen and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded.
The kitchen is one of the showpieces of the home. It features an oversized island with waterfall-style countertops and velvet bar stools, white cabinetry with gold hardware, double ovens, a gas cooktop, and a large built-in refrigerator. Two mosaic chandeliers hang over the island, giving the space a warm evening glow. Just off the kitchen, a glass-wrapped breakfast area looks out onto the palms and gardens, while a formal dining area nearby seats a larger group comfortably and keeps meals connected to the heart of the home.
