Monthly housekeeping (1) visit per month is required for stays over 30 days and will be invoiced to the Tenant.

***As a convenience for our guests, we require you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) through partner at Truvi , as this protects you in cases of accidental damage during a stay. This will be collected during the Know Your Guest verification process.
***Please note that this property has a NO SMOKING and NO PET policy (unless otherwise required by Federal or State law). Please note: Oleander bushes are present in the backyard. Oleander is highly toxic to pets if ingested.
Smoking (including
cigarettes/cigars/tobacco/vaping/candles/incense/marijuana) is prohibited in any area in or on the premises and on the property. Tenant will be charged any smoke remediation fees and have them deducted from their security deposit and/or Damage Waiver program.
All prospective Tenants (stays > 30 days) must complete an application (paid by Tenant), to include a credit, criminal background check, and an eviction history report. All Tenants must sign a lease and agree to the House Rules as a condition of the lease.
