The Alyssa is a great apartment complex community. Right next to Tempe Marketplace and close to large green areas. Amenities are always clean and functional and they respond very quickly. Natural grass park. Great place to live!

Just moved in. The staff accommodated us moving in last minute. Experience has been wonderful. Community is beautiful and so well-kept. The community manager as well and Noah and Matt are extremely helpful and kind with everything. The unit was in great condition and we’re loving everything so far.

I am greatly enjoying my residency at the Alyssa. The leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly kind and prompt in the their responses to any all issues I have brought to their attention(s). The amenities, both for the complex and in-unit, are vast and highly useful. My windows face the main pool courtyard, and I hear noise from the spa/pool area quite late into the night, sometimes as late as 1:00-2:00 a.m. Not a huge deal, just something I figured could be worth mentioning (I will bring this to courtesy patrol's attention next time it happens). I have noticed a few fast and furious-esque drivers at the higher levels of the parking garage and wonder if there is a possibility that speed bumps could be added to all levels of the garage (I was almost hit by someone definitely going over 20 mph). All in all, I am very pleased and look forward to my continued residency here.

it is a nice place to live, clean and well kept, but I do not like the speed bumps at all... very irritating... the value for the location is good and I am glad I chose to live here
