The house is of great size but has issues. We were informed that a house of 1800 square feet should have more than one return. Bc we only have one return the hvac unit has to overcompensate especially in the summer. Parts of our house reach above 85 degrees in the summer. Our electric has hit a high of almost $700 and that's with our ac set at 80 degrees. We have contacted about fixing but they tell us bc the air blows out cold they will not fix it. They also use yes energy to pay for your bills which means if you need assists paying for things you can not qualify for any assistants bc they will not let you put the utilities in your name. And forget about contacting your property manager. They can not call your property manager directly they tell us they do not have a number and were very reluctant to give us their email. First key homes is a very hands off company. The one time I got to speak with someone that talked down to me and treated me and my concerns like trash. Would not recommend renting from first key homes.
