The staff and maintenance have all been very helpful; good vibes with these apartments. The amenities are very nice, from pools to weight room, to the club houses where I can bring guests and entertain. Beautiful setting all the way around. Several choices on apartments, styles, sizes. Safe walking areas. I highly recommend living at Vizcaya as the best apartment living here in Santa Fe.

A on Apr 1, 2024Safe community with gates. There's maintenance staff always on the property, so helps ensure the safety of the tenants and their vehicles. Office staff is always transparent about explaining any issues or delays. Washer and dryers in all units, near the middle school and 2 high schools. Close grocery stores and a clinic/ urgent care. Having two kids, it's well worth the price to live here.
