Apartment needs work

My apartment needs a lot of work. Rent keeps going up so now I feel the apartment needs work. The noise from 528 is bad. Also,I don't feel safe in the building I'm in

Nice renovated unit w/2 issues

We came out of an old 3BR unit that was quite an issue. Needs major overhaul including plumbing. We were not happy with that unit. We moved within the complex to a newly renovated unit. Notable lack of professional builders. They left both tubs plugged almost solid. GFCI circuits miswired and burned out. Again lack of professional contractors. This needs to be remedied. I will say again, you get what you pay for. The unit is nicely upgraded one issue was quickly remedied. We'll see on the other. It may take some serious rewiring. I will say this. The staff and maintenance folks have been very responsive. I am just hoping the new owners will use much better contractors in the future.

Parking Pains

Overall the actual parking lots are not too bad and a spot near my apartment is almost always open when I return. My main complaints come from other residents misusing the parking lots. Speeding through like maniacs and nearly taking off my bumper when I try to back out. Being in the middle of the drivable area and barely moving over for oncoming cars. Ignoring the stop signs near the entrance. I'm not saying we need something like an onsite traffic cop to make people behave but some kind of system to discourage this behavior would be greatly appreciated.

So Far So Good

I've lived here for about two months now and have been treated very well by the staff. The location of Odyssey is in a good area right next to schools, stores, restaurants, main roads, etc. I feel safe and comfortable living here, no issues at all! All packages you order will get sent to the front desk, which is nice, but you have to make sure to pick them up before the office closes otherwise you won't get them at all. There are no assigned parking spots unless you purchase a covered parking space (not sure right now how much it costs.) There are several options for housing, there are pools and a few other amenities. I really love that they use RentCafe, which is SUPER helpful! Overall, I enjoy living here. I would definitely refer someone if they're looking for a place that is accessible, affordable, and clean.
