Very unimpressive

I have lived here for a few years and I am not impressed by this facility. The landlords are not helpful, the prices are much too high, and it isn't well maintained. I stay here only because it is close to my work.

Very nice townhomes. Working with Jordan was a breeze and he's super friendly. Everyone around keeps to themselves but are still neighborly. Highly Recommend.

I appreciate all you guys have done. So far no major problems. Apart from some maintenance issues with getting the faucet on my bathtub fixed. I know I’ve brought it up at least three times. In person on email and through this site. It leaks constantly and has since I moved in. I figured since y’all cover water that it’d be fixed by now but it hasn’t. (Moved in sept 2019). Cost is high for low income apt especially for just one person. I’m a military widow and have tried my best to get back on my feet. This isn’t the only place with high cost of living however. I know that’s a bigger issue and not really on y’all. I am just grateful to have a roof over my head.
