Good Location and Building, Bad Neighbors

The location of this building is great and it comes with parking, which is a great find for being downtown. Management is very responsive and considerate of tenant's needs. However, the neighboring building is full of loud, inconsiderate tenants that that talk loudly, scream at each other, start fights, and blast music until late into the night.

Casa Pacifica Seattle-good place with alot of potential

I have been living at Casa Pacifica for almost 4 years. It is a good place for those starting out in life or those that need to start over. The value cannot be beat. I pay under $1,500 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in South Lake Union of all places. The location is spectacular. Any time I needed older appliances such as my dishwasher and toilet updated they have been very prompt. The downside I would say, is that the location does attract a few homeless residents, that sometimes make noises at night. There are not too many of them though. I have been able to improve my life for myself and my 2 children, as a first generation legal immigrant. I have been able to save money, and provide a better future for my children. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good low income housing with great value that's in a decent area.

Price ok - everything is old & broken

You would think with the corporate office is connected to our building things would stay clean, working, and secure. Washing machines and dryers never work, elevators are broken, half the time, trash piles up in the hallways, because the garbage system is broken. The corporate office just got fully remodeled recently. Yeah, we still have the same funky carpet in the hallways and nasty elevator floors for years.
