Went Down Hill

Garbage is always hard to get to, always a mountain of trash. Maintenance doesn't do their job and when they do it's far from professional. I won't even touch on management.

I like the area and I feel it's safe and a good place to raise a child. The school district is excellent. Maintenance is available quickly. They have best response time I've ever seen. They won't stop until every thing is fixed to the best of their ability. Parking is better than most places I've seen and there is an option to rent a garage also. This is a good place to live. As for the amenities, you have to reserve amenities ahead of time and there are certain limits in the number of people who can use them, which I've never seen before but this all started with covid so I'm not sure how this is in other apartment complexes.

They are never honest

Garbage is always piled tall around the dumpster to where you cant get to it. Dumpster has been broken for years. They NEVER EVER FIX ANYTHING, maintenance and management come and go often with new promises that they never follow through on. Carpet is cheap so have nails sticking up for 2 years poking my children. When the sink was fixed it was sideways. Never caulked our tubs. Over all super disappointed and look forward to the day I can get away. Have never lived in a complex this run down.
