Since the government took over, things have definitely gotten worse around here. And I worry that what once was a pretty good find will slowly turn into an undisciplined anything-goes undesirable place to live. There’s got to be standards, and the standards have got to be enforced.

This location has always been a bit noisy due to being next to a freeway but the management itself was good. Since covid and especially since the most recent leasing company took over its gotten a lot worse. Trash/recycling pickups don't happen as often so the bins are often overflowing, the office is frequently closed during hours it should be open, isn't open on the weekend at all anymore, calls and emails are often left un-returned. Do better please.
