Maintenance is amazing and Charlie really cares about the grounds. Safety is a huge issue

Been here for 3 years and no problems from the front office or maintenance. They’ve always been on top of it. Only complaint is that some tenants still smoke at night and it stinks. Other than that , the place is still great!

Spacious, clean apartment in a great downtown location without the noise and traffic of living downtown. Friendly staff always willing to help out. Fastest maintenance team I’ve experienced.

My partner and I have been living here for almost half a year. The location is great (right in the middle of Salt Lake City, not far from most grocery stores/restaurants/parks). The sound isn't bad at all. Only sound from the hallway travels into the room. The appliances good use an upgrade (especially given how much we pay). The appliances I have issue with are the cabinets and drawers that have hinges that are flimsy and not placed properly.

I love living here! My apartment is affordable, clean, spacious, well maintained, and it’s in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything, and the community is kind and respectful. I’ve never had issues with noise.

Lived here about 2 years. Its a nice spot. Parking is a nightmare. They don't give you more than one pass for the garage and your car will be towed at random hours if the pass is missing. It happened to me twice and it cost me $300 to get my car back both times. No visitor parking.
