So far so good

All in all pretty satisfied with our move in and our first few weeks. Had kind of a hard time contacting the office most of the time, long hold times or no answering the phone, often had to leave several messages before getting a call back. The place is nice, although the model unit they showed me had several features that the actual unit didn't. They also weren't up front about the fact that there's no AC. Apart from those factors, it's a nice place to live and pretty good for the price/location.
