I've been living here for years and it's just been great, even tho it's in the middle of downtown the noise level is not crazy and you never struggle with parking. Staff is super nice and everything is just great!

600 Lofts has been our home for a year and a half, and it's been quite an experience. The downtown location is super convenient, and the modern design of the building adds a fresh vibe. The well-equipped gym and cozy social room are definite highlights. Despite being downtown, the community is surprisingly peaceful, although some may be bothered by nightly music shows from a nearby theater. The management and maintenance teams are top-notch—always friendly and ready to help. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially for those with 2x2 units, as there's only one designated parking spot per apartment. Additional or visitor vehicles might require street parking, but it's a minor inconvenience given the overall benefits of the location. The presence of a tram station just a block away and nearby bus stops adds to the accessibility of the area. I highly recommend 600 Lofts for a downtown living experience :)

There are too many apartments being built that no one can afford and you can't have any guests because there is no guest parking that you don't have to pay for.
