Great Management and progress

I love living in my home, the management is great and flexible. He really cares about us the residents, and takes his time to talk to each and everyone of us. Also, I like the fact that since he has gotten here, he is doing more things for the residents, to ensure we stay living here, such as birthday recognition.

Great Management

Unfortunately we don't have a permanent maintenance man, but Ivan more than makes up for this. He is a wonderful manager, who will go out of his way to help us all out. When something needs to get done Ivan is the man to call on. The troublemakers in the property may not like him, but as long as you do your part Ivan will back you up. We hope that we can have stay here longer than the other managers, and get the property looking great again.

Great Management

Ever since Ivan took over, he has gotten the building looking fantastic. We are excited about what is going to happen on the property within the next 2 years, and hope that Ivan will still be here. He is great for the company.

Love my home and management

Ever since Ivan took over, things are getting done on the property. I like his straight approach with everyone and the way he shows concern for everyone. After the last 2 manager, I hope he never leaves us.
