Max weight 40 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. No aggressive breeds allowed. If granted permission to maintain a pet on the lease premises, it will be subject to the following pet conditions and any other established apartment rules and regulations: Ā  Any offspring of the pet shall not be kept in the apartment past the age of six weeks. The resident is responsible for all damages caused by the pet and agrees to reimburse for all such damages to the management or to any other resident of the apartment community. Management has the right to request a pet be removed permanently from the premises if the pet causes unusual noise, disturbances, unusual damage to the premises or personal property belonging to the apartment community or any other resident of the apartment community. Refusal to comply shall constitute a breach of the Apartment Lease. No pets are allowed in the courtyard or swimming areas of the apartment community at any time. Pets must be walked in designated areas only. Pets are not allowed to run loose on the property. They must be on a leash and are not allowed to be staked or unattended. The following breeds are prohibited Rottweiler, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Chow, Doberman, and German Shepard. Any mixed breeds will be determined by the dominant breed present. Management reserves the right to reject any pet. Pets are not to exceed 40 pounds in weight at maturity. The Pet Addendum must be signed before the pet is brought to the property. Pet Permission will only extend to the specifically mentioned Pet Addendum during its lifetime while in the possession of the resident; it may not be extended to include a new animal. A refundable Pet Deposit of $400 must be paid to the management before the pet is brought to the property. Only 2 pets per apartment are permitted. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s). Accommodations do not extend to any animal posing a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

The grounds keepers do not cut the grass and weeds close enough on the spring, so the drought season turns the grass brown. I know there is a sprinkler, but it never comes on at 704. The parking is impossible, l keep my car in the garage, so my guests can park in the drive, but if I have more than one, there is no place to go. Its hard to drive thru the parked cars on both sides of the main street. Rotten wood is around almost every garage door and needs replacing, and the shutters are loosing boards one at a time here and there. My observations, my opinions.
