I am really happy here. Going on 8yrs. My only issue is not keeping the pool open all summer without having to close because of kids doing damage. Need to get the pool area with camera to catch the kids. It is not fair to me and the residents

They are nice and spacious. And the location is convenient. Its within walking distance to major stores, a gym, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants. The rent is affordable as well. With all it has to offer you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Tenants use the ground as a trash can and those that have dogs, do not pick up their poop! The lease agreement you sigb when renting, means absolutely nothing to some of these tenants and the sad thing is they get away with breaking the lease by having extremely large dogs that do not have their shots and are a danger to other tenants and their children. Upon renewing a lease, someone from management needs to verify the size, the shot records, & see how many are in the apt. I know one apt. that has 4, when the limit is 2. Management has been very nice but can't keep up everything not having the staff for it

my only issue is the many tenants that don't want to follow rules that make it a safe, healthy & pleasant place to live. The lease states a max of 2 dogs, under 30 lbs. (i think, but could be less) but there are several apartments that have up to 5, & weighing up to 100 lbs...including Pit Bulls. I have also seen some of these dogs out with the owners & off leash. I had one tenant tell me her pit would eat my little dogs These tenants don't pick up their poop which is a health hazard to the dogs being walked. It is hard for management to do their jobs when they don't know who these tenants are, so I can't really blame them. This is a community, & we are all responsible for the condition in which we live.
