Review

The apartments are great. I don’t really have much to complain about. I will say that. There isn’t much to offer as of Fitness. I believe there are only two or three machines. Two cardio and one multi use. But they are all broken. I would recommend a better multi use machine. Fix the cardio equipment. Second I would say is that some of the other people living here are loud. I’m in building 1. So I hear the traffic from the Main Street. Which I understand. But neighborhoods may be a lil loud at times. And some just outside talking yelling and screaming. Driving in with loud music. Also a few times this has happen late at night or early morning. 1-2am

Pets (animals) are accepted with an additional pet fee (non-refundable) of $150 per animal, plus an additional pet deposit of $150 per animal.  The additional pet deposit will increase the total security deposit under the lease contract.  No more than two (2) animals are allowed.  No aggressive restricted breeds of animals are allowed such as: Boxer, Chow, Rottweiler or Pit Bulls.  Service/Assistance animal(s) (not pets) are permitted as a reasonable accommodation for persons with verified disabilities once the need has been properly verified by a physician, psychiatrist, social worker or other licensed medical professional and the additional deposit will be waived.  For each service/assistance animal(s), there must be a direct relationship between the person's disability and his or her the need for the animal(s).   All animals (whether pets or service/assistance) animals must maintain and provide the Managment office current shot records.
