Great Place, Great Location, Great Neighbors

I love Mrs. Kenya at the office, it does take a while to get in, but once you are in and stay a good resident, then you are in for good until you are able to get yourself out and be able to do better for yourself and your family. God Bless your organization and the people that allow us to be able to reside here. Thank you all so much.

Nice place to live!

I've lived here for about 5 yrs and it's a nice place to live. I like the staff, I love my neighbor, and the apartment is really nice. They remodeled the whole apartment complex a few years ago. I wish they had washer/dryer connections and replace all the carpet with wood (faux) flooring. Management makes sure there's no pest in your apt, work orders are completed in a timely manner, and the ground kept clean. Every time I call the office, I'm met with politeness and kindness. The location is great. It's near groceries stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. The nearest mall is about 15 minutes away. They also have a playground and grills on the property.
