I have lived here for 5 years. The community is pretty cool. Most neighbors mind their own business, and don't bother packages on your doorstep. The parking can be pretty frustrating when there are guest or neighbors have more then 2 cars. There are no assigned/marked parking spots for residents or guest. I would recommend this place if someone was desparate and on a budget. The abscense of a "pay and stay" policy in this economy is crazy to me, and the bigest red flag of this community.

I can't wait to get in some apartments because we've been staying with people and then Plus on top of that I like to have my own room and ain't got to worry about anything else

well this is my first year at city edge i love it here its quiet people are friendly the property manager responds to emails and addresses concerns promptly absolutely one of the very few places in murfreesboro i would sugguest alongside nottingham apartments both amazing properties with amazing staff affordable conviently ocated to shopping schools city bus and hospitali loved my place at nottingham and i love my place here at city edge flats you cant go wrong with either property
