Nice apts

Even though they are nice apartments they seem to not be able to keep a maintenance person or property manager..

Can be better

Water is too high because I know I don’t use that much for the price. The stairs stay so nasty to walk down. The noise gotten a little better. Garbage got outside got somewhat better with the extra can. Residents can be a little more considerate and cleaner

Nice apts

They are nice apts and it’s usually pretty quiet. The location is really good it’s behind a Walmart shopping center. The only complaint is that they can’t seem to keep a property manager and the garage on the property can sometimes get out of hand.

Wesridge apartments

Never seem to be anyone in office, nor maintenance. The first maintenance guy was always there when you needed him I don’t know what happened to him and it’s hard to get someone in office had to call another complex for help with air. Very unorganized! The complex is only 2-3years old it seem like everything falling apart and where I live sprinklers are broken the wall way is nasty and the garbage area stay nasty. It’s some people who has tried to help like Charles, T and J from assembly and Parker cone but it crazy not having a staff here to help when we need them
