Its a overall nice place to stay. The neighbors can sometimes be nosy but I guess that’s apartment living

Been living here 8 years the past two have been the worst with having to call law enforcement on the neighbor upstairs for making so much noise and stumping on the floors so much like their playing football all day knocking my decorations off the walls. Toilet hadnt been flushing in almost 2 years put in a work order on line about that about 2 years ago and also have informed maintenance and the office about it over the past few months several times only for it to still not be fixed but rent gets paid on time. Dont know if its a racial issue or just an overlooked issue just got the locks fixed after informing office management and maintenance that the lock was failing months ago didnt come fix it until a few days ago after seeing for themselves i was locked out of the residence and maintenance had to drill the lock off and replace it

Been trying to get parking lot and building lights to work. Dangerous and scary at night. Asked office often but no help.

Night lights been out in one buildings parking lot for over 2 years not giving anyone light at night getting home from work or with kids. People messing with peoples cars and other property, throughout the night,

They NEVER come to fix anything especially after you put in SEVERAL work orders

Rent keeps going up the pictures you see of the apartments are deceiving. Tenants have trashed the property . No regard for fellow man.
