Avalon is a nice place to live. Spacious room just wish we had a fitness center or pool.

Not as it should be....could be....Nothing is kept up out here! TRASH STAY NASTY!! EMBARRASSING
Avalon Review
Living in Avalon has been a Joy. Just like any other neighborhood it has its ups and downs, but overall with changes being made the community will be o.k. Wish there was a gym on the property but that hasn't came. At times the children can get a little loud only because I feel they are bored with the park we have and start making up other games causing them to run around more.
