Still here must be okay, When I first moved here the rent was only raised if something was added to the property. Was given new flooring promises at 3 years, then 5 years and now never.

The lack of property maintenance is disturbing. The trash can areas are disgusting and people throw out their trash on the curb. The appliances are from the 90.s and should have been replaced a decade ago. The cabinets are deteriorating. People fly through the parking areas at high rates of speed. The rent keeps going up but nothing has changed to improve the apartments

Over the past few months things have fitter worst. There is always trash outside all over the ground. Also, it just snowed really bad and I had to miss work because you all took no precautions to have the snow removed. I pay entirely too much rent to have to endure all of this.
