Been here for a couple years and enjoyed everyday. Really quiet and on site management is terrific.

Great location ,its on the busline, grocery within walking distance. Secured building, on site laundry and atm. School, post office and community service and churches within minutes of location. Staff is awesome always welcoming and quick to respond to residents request

Qi have been for a year or two so I am still learning the complex What I have learned so far is that not only is it in a great location in which it located minutes from grocery, post office, and the great southern shopping center and literally right on the bus line. I love the easy access to the elevator. Although I have not personally used all the amenities they are very nice. The apartments are very spacious and cozy they are well worth the cost.

I have lived here at Parsons Village II since January 3 2022. Since I have been here i am pleased with my apartment and the office staff who handle issues as fast as they can. Maintenance is great the residents that I have met seem like they are nice people. I don’t have a car so I don’t use parking but from what I see there is plenty of room for all. The only issue that I have is some of my fellow residents are very noisy and the walls are thin but not paper thin. Lastly it took me three years to get into this place and to me it is a blessing. I grew up in the south side and I remember when I was a child my parents would always go to the fruit stand around the corner so living here I can relive that memory

Can't keep staff and you can tell whoever built these apartments either didn't care or just didn't know what they were doing
