Been here for a couple years and enjoyed everyday. Really quiet and on site management is terrific.

Great location ,its on the busline, grocery within walking distance. Secured building, on site laundry and atm. School, post office and community service and churches within minutes of location. Staff is awesome always welcoming and quick to respond to residents request

The community is very nice, clean, and the building has up to date features. It's very quiet. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy staying there

Sure we all want a place to live that has no issues at all. However, apartment living brings all kinds of people together from various walks of life. This in itself is challenging and can be taxing. Parsons Village II is really not a bad place to live (trust me, I have lived in far worse places). For the most part, everybody knows each other in our building and gets along. Management can seem scarce at times, but even though they are not in our building all day, every day, they are just across the parking lot in Parsons Village I. I'm not a needy tenant, so I barely have to contact management for anything. Sure, we think they could do better, but the truth is, they have a responsibility for 100+ seniors and disabled persons, everyday. LOL, some days I wonder how they do it.
