Life at Spring Manor.
I started renting here, in 2014. The landscape around the clubhouse and perimeter was kept nice. they even had a puzzle, in the clubhouse, that depicted what the outside of clubhouse looked like. One year, we suffered a very severe winter and in the Spring, all the beautiful shrubs, were dead. I watched as one maintenance guy, dug everyone of those shrubs, by the fountain, out of the ground. The area has been replanted, but not as nice, as it was, before. In May 2021, a torrential rain, found its way into the apartments, in building 4, due to leaves in the gutters. 5 apartments were affected. Mine was ground floor. The ceiling in living room and bedroom, had to be opened. It was a hot, humid, wet week and I was expected to sleep in my apartment, with fans and dehumidifiers going, all night. I was not offered another apartment or hotel key, to stay elsewhere. My carpet was soaked, by the furnace door and the wet, smelly carpet, had to be removed. I have breathing issues. No help was offered to me. I had to unplug ServePro units, to sleep, later that week, when they showed up. My Ceiling Fan was replaced 9 months later. Now, I need my dishwasher, which is 19 yrs old, replaced. As well as my Garbage disposal Unit, it spins out parts, when it is turned on and it is a Mold Heaven, I can live without. Thank you.
Unfinished Work
I had water damage to my apartment on Memorial Weekend. I am still waiting for the electrician, who took down my ceiling fan, to install the new ceiling fan I have. I am still waiting for installation of new carpet in living room, as I was promised by the property manager here. I have always paid my rent on time and I have been here 7 years. Please resolve my apartment issues. Thank you,
