At christmas someone that lives in the bldg stole 4 packages from the mailroom.

For apt dwelling -- here at Allenwood Terrace , their apts would be the best value / sq ft you can find in this area

Lease is confusing as it does not define the N.J, law that permits a raise in rent in a calandar year after a previous rent increase with just a vague reference to N,J,law which is not defined. Automatic door openings would be helpful as many residents use walkers and a few are in wheelchairs. The introduction of requirement of Rent Cafe I understand is prevalent in the industry but understanding that this facility is over 55 and Disabled residents. Many residents don't have computers and many of us that do have computers do not use them enough to be called very proficient. We appreciate we are able to mail payments if we had trouble with Rent Cafe. Our Property Manager Emma explained the law to me after my inquiry and I talked to NJHMFA It would be easier if defined in the lease as we are legally responsible to what we are signing. I love my apartment, my neighbors we take care of each other, maintenance our Sonny is terrific cleanliness is superior Jessica is the office has made a valiant effort to meet our needs and Emma is available and addresses issues quickly.Thank you

Rent is a little high for low to moderate income housing. Sound proofing between walls and ceilings could be better
