The appliances are part of the Home Depot first home starter pack - can't even access the back of the fridge Bikes dont fit in the bike room - so much so they asked people to store them in their living room - now that's luxury The delivery room is in the back of the building so drivers never use it Unfished woodwork, markings, paint on floor, holes in walls They raise rents and say "it will go to upgrades" and it doesn't The benefit is the location, but you're better off anywhere else in Belmar for cheaper

Moved in at The Vault at 900 Main with my fiancee and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The location is amazing — it's near virtually everything you could need and just a stone's throw from the beach. If you're in the market, I highly recommend checking this place out!
