Hello, I just moved in a few months ago. Everything has been fine. I think the biggest issues that stand out to me is the cat problem and the buildings landscape. The cats are everywhere and carry around a lot of ticks and fleas which gets into the grass and plants. With that being said, I know this has been an ongoing issue and you all are trying to solve it. Doesn't help when people feed them. With the landscape. I feel as though some patches are better that others. The others just look messy a lot of the time which creates an eye sore. I know this cost money but more flowers would be a nice touch. Thank you.

Sometimes neighbors can be loud. Parking gets bad late night. Barely an issue getting maintenance done but the quality of work sometimes is the issue.

I will say, having lived a Gables for a little over a year now, that it's a very nice and quiet location-- which is a huge plus considering we're right off two big highways. The neighbors are quiet. The parking is, however, a nightmare and there seems to be no regulation on vehicles. There are a lot of cars that just sit in the lot, never move and finding parking spaces relatively close to your unit are difficult enough. And then there are those who feel it's necessary to have multiple vehicles sitting on the lot when they only drive, maybe, two of them.

Good location. Typucally quiet. The landscaping is excellent. Broken appliances are usually replaced quickly. The parking lot is often a debacle with a few broken down vehicles taking up valuable spaces.
