Our local leasing office located at 999 Broad St is currently closed for walk-in traffic. Our wa iting list for Westside Village is open to apply. Applications can be found on the menu to the top that reads "applications". Please follow through with the instructions on pages #1 & #4 that indicated that the application must be mailed back to the leasing office with copies of the requested documents and the non-refundable application fee. Applications are processed in the order received. Once your name reaches the top of the list, a leasing agent will contact you. The wait time is based on your waiting list position as well as the turnover rate, therefore it is not possible to tell how long your wait time will be.
