Lakeland Court Apartments LLC

I have lived here for a little over a year and half. There is a huge issue in this building with pets. Almost every apartment has multiple dogs or cats and you can see and smell it as there is animal hair all over the hallways and sometimes you'll find pet feces smeared on the carpet as well. The dogs bark all day long as they're most likely alone all day. This building is quite filthy as other residents leave their trash next to their doors in the hallways and sometimes leave it there for a few days before taking it out to the dumpster. This even happens when it is nice outside so I don't know the reason why they wouldn't just take it down to the dumpster. I highly don't recommend this place to live for anyone who likes a nice clean environment.

It was built in 2018 i believe and it is a good place to live! The location is close to walmart and a nice little school where you van take a long walk or just enjoy the peace and quiet, i love it and would recommend it to anyone

I live in apartment 108. The aboove neighbors are incredibly loud and i could smell the odor of marijuana coming from down the vent. This has been an on going issue. I was about to call devils lake police department as a domestic occuring because it thought someone was getting thrown to the ground at some point. They have been up since 3am on tuesday 4/11 moving around and making loud banging noise and im trying to rest to go to work. On 4/7 /2023 based on my triaining and experience as a police officer i could smell the odor of marijuana coming down from the vent. Please fix this issue.
