I have lived here for 3 years, and its been pretty good. Sadly it seems that keeping a manager in position is hard to do, and also that certain things take a long time to fix (Elevator, Garage Door, Ect)

Secure, sturdy, quiet, nice community. Not happy with management or maintenance, though. Slow to respond, if they ever do... Old building needs more cleaning in hallways and entryways. From what Ive heard, this is one of the best apartment buildings in town.
