Overall im satisfied to have a place to live. Don't like the fact that you can get evicted if something happens in life and your a month behind. Can understand eviction if its a couple months but not 19 days.

Rent is too high, you can smell someone smoking in the building, helping out with the trash and get nothing taken off of our rent, allow making payments on rent with out late fees
