Residents are pretty cool
No one is ever in the office because nobody stays. Maintenance is backed up from last year’s work and trying to catch up. They don’t know what they doing in the office when someone is there, messing up tenants paperwork. Lighting here is bad..going downhill.
Comfortable
Nice place to live. Love the location. Could be an awesome place if it could keep a maintenance person and site manager. Worst complaint is neighbors fighting over the parking places and children taking packages.
Getting better
Had many issues over 3 years with staff and residents. Families have moved and units have gotten better! Melissa and Ricky by far are the best management and maintenance since ive lived there!
Awesome place
This place is a nice olace to live. We sometimes have block parties that are fun
