Lack of maintenance in common areas of building i.e. hallways and stairways. Management needs to follow through in a positive manner when complaints or concerns are submitted.

I have lived at this property from its opening; It’s basically been OK. I think the building could hold up a bit better, that they really put the building together fast. I enjoy the area, it’s convenient to shopping, schools and doctors and such, you can even walk to a couple of stores and get basics. As far as the residents go, I find them friendly and trustworthy. The staff is accommodating. I do wish for better notice given as regards to being in side of apartments. The grounds are well kept. Over all i enjoy living here.

Been here a year and a half. Stairwells are filthy. Have never been cleaned or painted in four years. Have requested this maintenance many times. I would think with covid, at least the hand rails would be cleaned on a regular basis. Most of us have some kind of handicap and need to use the rails. Thanks for asking for our opinions. I hope you listen and follow through.
