Living here has been a veryy good 5 year experience except for the 2023 exorbitant 21% rental increase leading to 2024 6% increase. This affordable housing complex of 84 units is being compared to market area comparables which are retail rentals including an outdoor pool.

Handicapped parking is minimal..

Parking for handicap folks is an issue..often times i am left no choice in parking..so im religated to the street side of the bldg..i have a dificult time navigating steps and curbs.. that's an issue on the street side. A graduated sidewalk entry fron the streetside would be more than appreciated. No complaints otherwise. Laura our manager is an asset to the company. She is professional, caring & efficent in her job; a wonderful person.

Honest opinion

For 7 years I lived here. This area has boomed. The community is very good. All the necessities are in walking distance: doctor, dentist, grocery stores, pharmacies, church and restaurants.

Handicapped parking spaces are not sufficient for this bldg. Many a time I've parked on the street side because it offered to closest access. Also when entering the bldg with a wheelchair the Market Street entryway has a stepup onto the sidewalk from the street.. would it be possible to make it a ramp entry? It would be most appreciated. I sincerely appreciate the carpet cleaning for the complex hallways.. it made it so nice for holiday company.
