Overall Very Good, No Frills Housing
I have been here about 3 years now and things have been peaceful. Not quiet, but no noisier than most apartment complexes. The complex is subsidized by the government, so the rents are low compared to the local area and it is in a prime real-estate location, right across the street from a doctors office, grocery store, coffee shops and a barber. Therefore. Location is outstanding. Especially for those without a vehicle. That said, for "Affordable Housing", it is not very affordable after last year's 9+% inflation rate. Many tenants recently had to move and the multi-year long waitlist shortened drastically. Those on fixed incomes will struggle here now, but can probably manage. Given that... it is still half the price of all the apartments nearby. So price is still unmatched. Because it is affordable housing, there aren't really any amenities to speak of... but who needs those when you have a decent sized apartment for 1/2 price?

Love it!
I genuinely love living here. The apartments are VERY nice and was super clean when i moved in. The landlord Zenita is amazing. Very kind and truly cares!!!
It´s Ok but can be improved
I have lived in this place for 10 years and I love the neighborhood. The location is great, and the apartment is comfortable. However, the cleaning service inside the building, as the hallways and stairs, needs improvement at times. Another issue that concerns me and my wife is the presence of people with serious mental health issues living here, even though I understood that this is a place for families and seniors. The parking is frustrating. People from other buildings frequently use the nearest parking spots available in front my building, making it difficult for me, as a disabled senior, to find a spot close to the entrance. There is only one handicapped parking spot assigned to the building, and walking even short distances sometimes is a challenge for me. I recently brought up the issue of cars speeding in the street in front of the building, especially at night, with the manager. I suggested her installing a speed bump in the street to address this problem.
