Why Renters Love It Here

I suggest the Main Office schedules a visit on site of someone to speak face to face, privately with tenants about it. There are several issues that we would like to discuss with somebody else-.

Review

I have put in multiple maintenance requests. I have had a kitchen light and garbage disposal out for almost an entire year now. I have said something during the inspection and also put in maintenance requests never heard back. I was supposed to get a new filter for my air never heard back. They tore down the kids park roughly 4 months ago and it's still down. The trash cans are always full. Something is horribly wrong with the management / maintenance over here currently.

Overall Very Good, No Frills Housing

I have been here about 3 years now and things have been peaceful. Not quiet, but no noisier than most apartment complexes. The complex is subsidized by the government, so the rents are low compared to the local area and it is in a prime real-estate location, right across the street from a doctors office, grocery store, coffee shops and a barber. Therefore. Location is outstanding. Especially for those without a vehicle. That said, for "Affordable Housing", it is not very affordable after last year's 9+% inflation rate. Many tenants recently had to move and the multi-year long waitlist shortened drastically. Those on fixed incomes will struggle here now, but can probably manage. Given that... it is still half the price of all the apartments nearby. So price is still unmatched. Because it is affordable housing, there aren't really any amenities to speak of... but who needs those when you have a decent sized apartment for 1/2 price?
