You can never contact anyone at the office and they don’t return calls or follow up on any maintenance

I enjoy living here at Nia Point Apartments, but the buildings and breezeways, stairs need cleaning. The property hasn’t had a good cleaning in a few years. Those are just a few things that need addressing, maintenance does a good job, somethings are not in there control. Please come check your property out.
