The neighborhood has a mix of stately homes and craftsman bungalows, many built in the early 1900s, along with several vibrant commercial areas that provide an abundance of local restaurants and shops, making Dilworth the most pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood in the city. One great feature is each unit has a large porch which provides a comfortable outdoor living and dining area to take advantage of Charlotte's wonderful climate, whether for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a common area with a gas grill and outdoor dining available. In the fully-equipped kitchen, there are brand-new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with an ice maker.
