Nice place to live.

I have been living in the Renaissance Place at Grand for over 15 years. I love the area and I love my apartment. I love the way they keep up with the landscaping. I just wish my apartment could be renovated.

Great Community

The community is great but the leasing office doesn’t communicate with the residents. Since the pandemic I haven’t had any communication with the office in regards to maintenance or anything.
