3yrs. Everything has been ok. Would like to see handicap parking on the 383 side.

These apartments are meant for young parents looking for their first home. The apartment could use an update on carpet and paint. The lay outs are awkward, the kitchen needs new cabinets. The community area is not community. But its ok prices.
