Great

Idaho Ridge is really nice. The price we pay for a 3 bedroom is great! You get a walk-in closet, 2 full bathrooms, one in master, washer/dryer, and my favorite, an attached garage. The staff are nice as long as you're not breaking the rules, and you don't give them or your neighbors any trouble. All in all, the place is wonderful. The only issue is that the walls are really thin, and it's pretty easy to hear the neighbors. Especially if you live on the bottom.

Great place

These are really great places to live. I like how quick the maintenance comes to fix any problem you have. The office staff are great and easy to talk to. The only problems are the walls are very thin. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors as if they are in the next room. It's also not ideal to live on the bottom floor, It can get real loud if there is a lot of people living above you, or if they have kids. This happens at most apartments, so this is nothing out of the ordinary. I love living here, everybody is real nice and it is a great community. They even have a daycare / after school program at the office building. I would really refer anybody to live here.
