The Oasis at Twin Lakes participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc.

The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third-party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:  - 1 Occupant: $52,200 - 2 Occupants: $59,640 - 3 Occupants: $67,080 - 4 Occupants: $74,520 - 5 Occupants: $80,520 - 6 Occupants: $86,460 Income rates are subject to change yearly based upon HUD's adjustment of the income limits for the specified area.

Great location

The Oasis is a great place to live. There is an entertainment place right outside the building, Taco Bell and Bank of America. The Rosedale Mall is just a few minutes away too. Also, Super Target and Super Walmart and gas station are close by. I’m so glad there is an indoor playground too which is very convenient during the winter months. Overall, Oasis is a great place to live and I plan on staying for the next couple of years.

Great experience

I have had a great experience living here so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hallways and the building overall is clean. The apartments are close to the Rosedale Mall which is another bonus. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
